If you are looking for more information about how clergy couples “work,” you might consider contacting the list of churches that currently have a couple working together as a “clergy couple.” We often refer to this as “co-ministry.” Below is a link to our 2008 Clergy Couple Association Directory. It is a list of churches, that we know of, who have called a clergy couple to serve as co-ministers. When you call, ask to speak to a member of the search committee who recommended the couple as the candidate(s).
